Tie Rod, Removing And Installing, Hydraulic Power Steering Gear: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following  :

Tightening specifications. Refer to STEERING GEAR, SERVICING, HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING GEAR .

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - STEERING GEAR, HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING GEAR .

-- Attach the tie rod using the :VAG1923  -2-.

-- Replace the spring clamp -3- and the clamp -1-.
