Oil Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following:
- Replace the oil baffle -item ) OVERVIEW - OIL PAN/OIL PUMP after removal.
- Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
-- Make sure both alignment bushings for centering the oil pump are present.
-- Guide the oil pump chain sprocket into the drive chain and install the oil pump.
CAUTION:
- Ensure the tension spring wire clip is engaged correctly on the locating tab of the oil pan upper section.
-- Pull the wire clip of the chain tensioner tension spring with the : T10118 in the direction of -arrow- and remove the :T40265 .
-- Insert the new oil baffle and secure it.
-- Install the oil pan lower section. Refer to OIL PAN LOWER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fill the engine oil and check the oil level. Refer to ENGINE OIL .
