Hinge, Resetting

• To complete the procedure, a second technician is required to be at the following position. Refer to HINGE, RESETTING - second technician .
• After the pedestrian protection has deployed the pedestrian protection trigger must be replaced. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Use tape to protect the edges of the hood and the fender at their transition from damage.

-- With the help of a second technician  , push the hood hinges -Item  : Hinge (Active) on the left and right sides at the same time back into the original position until they engage.
