Removing The Sunroof Shade

-- Remove the glass panel. Refer to GLASS PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1- from the rear cover -2-.

-- Lift the rear cover -1- in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Drive the slotted guide rail into the roof closed position.

-- Remove the bolts -1- on the rear of the sunroof shade -2- on both sides.

-- Lift the sunroof shade -1- tilted toward the rear as shown and pull the tension bow with the sliders in the direction of the -arrow- rearward from the guides.

-- Pry out the sunroof shade -1-.
