Seat Side Trim On Side Sill Side, Removing And Installing, Manual Front Seat: Removing
-- Remove the backrest adjustment hand wheel. Refer to BACKREST ADJUSTMENT HAND WHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Move the front seat all the way to the rear in its highest position.
-- Remove the seat height adjustment handle. Refer to SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Equipment level with storage compartment: remove the storage compartment. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the expanding rivet -2- from the seat side trim on side sill side.
-- Open the clip -3- with a screwdriver.
-- Disengage the rear seat trim on side sill side -1- from the backrest hinge and the seat pan.
-- Slightly lift the front seat side sill trim, unclip from the bracket -5- and remove forward.
-- Equipment versions with lumbar support: unclip the cable holder -4- and disconnect the connector from the lumbar support adjustment switch.
-- To remove the bracket -1-, remove the bolts -2- and remove the bracket.
