Glove Compartment Handle, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Press the glove compartment handle -1- and release the side hook on the glove compartment handle using a screwdriver -arrow-.

NOTE:

Make sure that the glove compartment handle does not re-engage. Repeat the procedure if necessary.

-- Insert the Locking Pin (3 pc.): T40011 through an opening on the side of the glove compartment lid to release the hook for the glove compartment handle -arrow A-.

-- At the same time, pry the glove compartment handle out of the glove compartment lid -arrow B- using the semi-round medium hard scraper and remove it.
