Overview - Turbocharger: Notes

- Banjo Bolt
- 30 Nm
- Tighten the banjo bolt using a commercially available 27 mm open end wrench and a corresponding torque wrench.
- Oil Supply Line
- Check for flow
- Before installing, fill the turbocharger with engine oil at the oil supply line connection
- Bolt
- 12 Nm
- Union Nut
- 22 Nm
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to EMISSIONS CONTROL MODULE BRACKET - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .

- After replacing an adaptation must be performed
- Select 01 - engine electronics, functions and perform the Guided Function 01 - Adaption after changing the actuator
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Always replace after removing.
- Nut
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to TURBOCHARGER - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND SEQUENCE .
- Always replace after removing.
- If the stud bolts are replaced with it, tighten stud bolts to 15 Nm
- Lubricate the exhaust manifold stud bolts with Hot Bolt Paste.

- For the emissions control module

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to EMISSIONS CONTROL MODULE BRACKET - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .
- Seal
- Always replace after removing.

- Coat with engine oil
- Oil Return Line
