Intake Manifold, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Remove the front upper coolant pipes. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the high pressure line. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- using the :T10501 .
-- Loosen the clamp -2-, and remove the air guide pipe -1-.
-- Disconnect the connector -4-.
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
-- Loosen the clamps -1 and 2- and remove the fuel hoses.
-- Remove bolts -3- and lay the fuel hoses toward the rear.
-- Open the retainer in direction of -arrow- and remove the vacuum hose -1-.
-- Remove the screw -3- and the vacuum hose -2-.
- Depending on the vehicle, there are different components.
Vehicles With All Engine Codes CRUA & DEJA:
-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-.
-- Remove the bolts -1- and the connection with the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-.
Continuation For All Vehicles:
-- Disconnect the connectors and free them up:
1 - For Charge Air Temperature Sensor After Charge Air Cooler -G811-
3 - For Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
4 - For Charge Air Temperature Sensor In Front Of Charge Air Cooler -G810-
5 - For Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
-- Remove the bolts -2 and 7-, and remove the coolant hose -6-.
-- Remove the bolt -1- for the oil dipstick guide tube.
-- Remove the nut -5- and the bracket -6-, from the double bolt -4-.
-- Loosen the bolts -4 and 7- a few turns.
-- Remove the bolts -2 and 3- for the intake manifold bracket.
-- Remove the bolts -10 to 1- using the :T10501 , and remove the intake manifold with charge air cooler.
