Intake Manifold, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Place the new seals on the cylinder head on the alignment pins.

-- Place the intake manifold on the alignment pins on the cylinder head.

-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 10- in to the tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Figure

The rest of the installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-- Install the high pressure line. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the front upper coolant pipes. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
