Overview - Flywheel And Dual Clutch

- Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Clutch Cover
- There are different versions depending on the date of manufacture, with or without a thrust washer allocation. Refer to the parts information. (refer to 7- Thrust Washer).
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to OVERVIEW - FLYWHEEL AND DUAL CLUTCH .
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Dual Clutch
- Refer to the parts information because there are different versions depending on the date of manufacture.
- Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - FLYWHEEL AND DUAL CLUTCH

- Always perform the necessary "Guided Functions " on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester after replacing the dual clutch. Refer to TRANSMISSION GUIDED FUNCTIONS .
- Transmission Housing
- Thrust Washer
- Depending on the date of manufacture, clutch cover allocation. Refer to the parts information.
- Ball Bearing
- For the input shaft
- Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING .
- Locking Ring
- Always replace
- For ball bearing
- Locking Ring
- Always replace
- For the dual clutch
- Shaft Seal
- For the input shaft
- Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Bolt
- Quantity of 4 for 6 and 8 -Cylinder Engines
