Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following: 

-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

-- Replace the shock absorber. Refer to -Item  ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Shock Absorber.

-- Replace the spacer sleeve. Refer to -Item  ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Spacer Sleeves.

-- Replace the seals. Refer to -Item  ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Seal.

-- Position the reducing agent delivery module and push in the mount without tilting.

-- Apply the necessary force fully.

The Delivery Module Is Replaced As Follows:

Tightening Sequence Bolt Markings on the Supply Line Bolt Position Tightening Specification
1 S1 Bolt with the largest distance to the seal  
2 S2 Bolt with the middle distance to the seal 6 Nm 
3 S3 Bolt with the smallest distance to the seal  

Adapt the adaptation value for the SCR system after draining reducing agent or replacing components. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
