Overview - Exhaust Temperature Regulation, Vehicles Without SCR System

CAUTION:
There is a risk of malfunctions from loose exhaust gas temperature sensor.
- The exhaust gas temperature sensor threads Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495- and Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648- are coated. Do NOT coat with hot bolt paste and make sure to tighten to the tightening specification.
- Oxygen Sensor After Three Way Catalytic Converter -G130- with Heater For Oxygen Sensor 1 After Catalytic Converter -Z29-
- Only installed on vehicles with engine codes CRKB, CRLB, CRLC, CUNA, DBKA and CXXB
- Removing and installing. Refer to OXYGEN SENSOR AFTER THREE WAY CATALYTIC CONVERTER -G130-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-
- if equipped depends on the depending on the exhaust gas standard
- Removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 3 -G495- /EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 4 -G648-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- The exhaust gas temperature sensor thread is coated and can not be coated with hot bolt paste.
- 2.0L Engines:60 Nm
- 1.6L Engines: 45 Nm
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-
- Removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat the with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts information.
- 45 Nm
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448-
- Only for vehicles with engine codes CRKB, CRLB, CRLC, CUNA, DBKA and CXXB
- The exhaust gas temperature sensor thread is coated and can not be coated with hot bolt paste.
- Removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 2 -G448-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
