Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495- /Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:
-- The threads from the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495- and Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G648- are coated. They must NOT be additionally coated with hot bolt paste.
- Protect the exhaust gas temperature sensor against knocks and impacts. A dropped exhaust gas temperature sensor may not be used again.
Installed location for the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495- :
- Angle α = 5°.
-- Install the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
