Catalytic Converter Tightening Specification And Sequence

Step Bolt Steps
I Screw clamp -1- Position above the sealing flange and install the bolt.
II Bolts -2 and 3-. Install hand tight and immediately loosen 90°
III Screw clamp -1- Tighten to 8 Nm 
IV Nuts -4- Tighten to 20 Nm 
V Bolts -5- Tighten to 20 Nm 
VI Bolt -2- Tighten to 20 Nm  and a 90° additional turn, finally to an additional 45° turn.
VII Bolt -3- Tighten to 20 Nm 

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal.
