Turbocharger - Tightening Specification and Sequence 

• Replace the nuts after removing.

-- Tighten the bolts in steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 6-	15 Nm
2.	-5, 3, 1, 2, 4 and 6-	25 Nm
3.	-5, 3, 1, 2, 4 and 6-	30 Nm 1)
4.	-5, 3, 1, 2, 4 and 6-	30 Nm 1)
1) These measures take into account the shrinkage of the turbocharger seal.

Turbocharger Tensioning Bracket - Tightening Specifications and Tightening Sequence 

• Replace the nuts after removing.

-- Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown -1 to 6- to 30 Nm.

Heat Shield - Tightening Specification 

Heat Shield, Version 1: 

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- for the heat shield -1- to 9 Nm.

Heat Shield, Version 2:

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- for the bracket -1- to 8 Nm +90°.

-- Tighten the bolts -upper arrows- for the heat shield -1- to 8 Nm.

Vacuum Diaphragm - Tightening Specification 

1. Clip - replace after removing
2. Lock Nut - 7 Nm
3. Nut - 7 Nm
