Overview - Charge Air Hose Connections: Installing

-- If the seal is replaced, place it in the groove on the air guide hose.
- The seal must sit in the groove all the way around and must not be twisted.
-- Lubricate the sealing surfaces and the seal.
-- Bring the securing clip into the release position -1-.
-- Slide the air duct into the connector as far as the stop.
-- Bring the securing clip into the locked position -2- and press the air guide pipe back.
-- Check for correct seating and proper locking of the connector coupling by pulling on the air guide pipe.
