Right Seal, Replacing, AUDI Q3: Removing

-- Remove the spare wheel, if equipped.

-- Remove the spare wheel well or foam insert.

-- Remove the plugs -1- in the underbody.

-- Remove the final drive bolts through the now available holes.

-- Detach the right drive axle from the flange shaft and move it to the side. Refer to Drive Axle Threaded Connection, Loosening And Tightening .

-- Place the : VAS6208  under the rear final drive.

-- Remove the spindles from the : 18/0  bridge and install the : 3282/34  in place of them.

-- Attach the bridge -A- with two M8 x 30 bolts -arrows- to the flange shaft.

-- Remove the flange shaft.

-- Pry off flange shaft seal with the : VW681  .
