Knock Sensor 1 -G61-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the Oil Pressure Switch/Reduced Oil Pressure Switch -F22- / -F378-, refer to OIL PRESSURE SWITCH -F22 - / REDUCED OIL PRESSURE SWITCH -F378-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt from the front coolant pipe.

-- Remove the ribbed belt tensioner, refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unscrew bolt -arrows- for the generator approximately six turns.

-- With a hammer carefully hit the bolt heads, to loosen the bushings on the generator mount.

-- Remove the bolts completely.

-- Push the generator as far forward as possible.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and then the Knock Sensor 1 -G61-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
