- For brake hose and electrical wire

- Replace after removing
- Brake Hose
- Make sure the brake hose is routed correctly. Make sure the brake hose is not blocked, bent or rubbing against the vehicle.
- Replace if damaged.
- Make sure that lugs are properly seated in grooves in bracket.
- Tightening specification, brake hose to brake caliper, 20 Nm
- Bracket
- For brake hose
- Spring
- Replace if damaged.
- Brake Line
- Tightening specification, brake line to brake hose, 14 Nm
- Rivet
- Quantity: 2
- Bleed Screw
- 13 Nm
- Protective Cap
- Brake Pad Wear Sensor
- Left Front Brake Pad Wear Sensor -G34- /Right Front Brake Pad Wear Sensor -G35-
- Replace if damaged.
- Cannot be removed without damaging it
- Refer to BRAKE PAD WEAR SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

- For brake pad wear sensor electrical wire
- Replace if damaged.
- make sure then fits correctly inside the brake caliper
- Brake Pad Springs
- Note the installation position
- Replace when pads are replaced.

- Brake Pads
- Check the brake pad thickness. Refer to => 411.
- Always replace on both axles.
- Allocation.
- Refer to FRONT BRAKE PADS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Note the installation position
- Brake Caliper
- Tighten the guide pin to 21 to 26 Nm. Refer toFig 2.
- Do not loosen the brake caliper bolted connections. Refer toFig 2.
- Allocation.

- Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, SERVICING, THREE-PISTON BRAKENOTE: Pay attention to the comments. Refer toFig 2.NOTE: Depending on the model there are two dampers installed in each front brake caliper. Refer to BRAKE CALIPER BALANCE WEIGHT .
- Brake Rotor
- Ceramic Brake Rotor, evaluating. Refer to CERAMIC BRAKE ROTOR, EVALUATING .
- Ceramic Brake Rotor, determining wear. Refer to CERAMIC BRAKE ROTOR, DETERMINING WEAR .
- Allocation.
- Always replace on both axles.
- Refer to FRONT BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Make note of the direction of travel
- Bolt
- 10 Nm

- Quantity: 4
Tighten the guide pins -B arrows- to 21 Nm to 26 Nm.
WARNING:
There is a risk of malfunction.
- Do not loosen the bolted connections -A arrows-
- Tighten the guide pins -B arrows- to 21 Nm to 26 Nm.
