Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit VAS5234 or
- Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit VAG1869A
- Sealing plug repair set, part no. 1H0 698, 311A
- With the engine switched off, press the brake pedal firmly several times (to reduce the vacuum in the unit).
