Oil Pan Lower Section, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove bolt -1-, loosen but do not remove bolt -3-.

-- Push the mount -2- with the wire toward the rear.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and lower the stabilizer bar.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- on the Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-.

-- Free up the electric wires.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of contamination.

  • There is still a residual amount of oil in lower section of oil pan.

-- Loosen and remove the screws -arrows- in a diagonal sequence.

-- Loosen and remove the oil pan lower section carefully from the adhesive.
