Power Take-Off Assembly Overview

- Do not disassemble
- Removing and installing, refer to SPUR GEAR DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2.
- Shaft Seal
- Replacing, refer to POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE SEAL, REPLACING .
- Shaft Seal
- For A/C compressor drive
- Replacing, refer to A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE SEAL, REPLACING .
- Clamp
- Protective Dust Cap
- For A/C compressor drive
- Input Shaft
- For A/C compressor
- Tightening specifications, refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT, VEHICLES WITH 8-CYLINDER FSI/TFSI ENGINE .
- Cover
- Input Shaft
- For the oil pump
- O-Ring
- Replacing
-- Tighten the bolts diagonally in the sequence -1 to 5- to 22 Nm.
