Release the connector lock -2- with a small screwdriver -arrow- and disconnect the connector -1-

-- Unclip the gap cover -3- from the knee airbag mount.

-- Remove the nuts -2- and -5-.

-- Remove the mount -1- from the knee airbag -4-.

WARNING:

Set the airbag down so the impact cushion faces upward.
