DIGITAL TV Tuner -R78-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, THROUGH MY 2014: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

-- Open the left storage compartment in the luggage compartment.

-- Remove the bracket with the sound amplifiers:

BOSE. Refer to Digital Sound System Control Module - J525-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BOSE, MMI, THROUGH MY 2014 .
Bang & Olufsen. Refer to Digital Sound System Control Module - J525-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BANG & OLUFSEN, THROUGH MY 2014 .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the digital TV Tuner -R78-.

-- Insert the Fiber-Optic Repair Set - Connector Protective Caps VAS 6223/9 -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Remove the screws -1- and -3- from the digital TV Tuner -R78- -2-.

-- First tilt the digital TV Tuner -R78- -2- upward -arrow- and then to the rear -arrow- out of the bracket -4-.
