Overview - Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Circuit: Notes

CAUTION:
Danger of causing damage to the transmission.
- Remove all the plugs on the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipes and on the transmission that were installed during removal.
- The Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) cooling function will not work and the transmission will be damaged if the plugs are forgotten.

- Replacing
- Coat with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) before installing
- Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID (ATF) COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- O-Ring
- Replacing
- Coat with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) before installing
- Clip
- O-Ring
- Replacing
- Coat with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) before installing
- Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) line
- Cleaning. Clean out the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipes using compressed air (maximum 10 bar).
- Install all the way by hand with new O-rings.
- Bolt
- 20 Nm
- First insert the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipes with new O-rings by hand as far as the stop
- The retaining tab on the lower Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipe must lie on the transmission threads
- The retaining tab on the upper Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipe must touch the lower one.

- O-Ring
- Replacing
- Coat with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) before installing
- Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) line
- Cleaning. Clean out the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) pipes using compressed air (maximum 10 bar).
- Install all the way by hand with new O-rings.
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
