Condenser, Removing And Installing: Installing

Installation is done is reverse order, observe the following:

NOTE:

Cooler and condenser assembly, refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

The removed condenser contains refrigerant oil that must be returned to the refrigerant circuit (with the new condenser), refer to REFRIGERANT R134A SERVICING (1 OF 2) or REFRIGERANT R134A SERVICING (2 OF 2) .

-- Attach the refrigerant lines to the condenser, refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING AT CONDENSER .

-- Evacuating and recharging refrigerant circuit, refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, DISCHARGING WITH SERVICE STATION or REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, DISCHARGING WITH SERVICE STATION and REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, CHARGING WITH SERVICE STATION .

-- Operate the A/C system after filling the refrigerant circuit, refer to A/C SYSTEM, STARTING OPERATION AFTER FILLING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT  and A/C SYSTEM, OPERATING AFTER CHARGING .

After completing the repair work, perform the following operations on the control head using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

-- Check the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory and delete any currently displayed entries.
