2. Mounting Strap
   • Individual components of the mount, refer to Fig 4
3. Adjusting Buffer
   • Individual components of the mount, refer to Fig 4
4. Spacer Sleeve
   • Individual components of the mount, refer to Fig 4
5. Fuel Supply Line
   • To fuel filter
   • Do not kink
   • Clipped to the fuel tank
   • Connector coupling, separating and connecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
6. Fuel Return Line
   • From the engine/fuel cooler
   • Do not kink
   • Clipped to the fuel tank
   • Connector coupling, separating and connecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
7. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
8. Overflow Hose
9. Fuel Filler Door Insert
10. Cap
    • Turn until it clicks and locks.
    • Attached to the fuel filler door insert with an permanent fastener
11. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
    • To attach the fuel filler neck
    • For discharging electrostatic charge, refer to Fig 3.
12. Ground Connection
    • For discharging electrostatic charge
    • Observe the installed locations and notes, refer to Fig 3
13. Fuel Tank
    • Removing and installing, refer to FUEL TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Vehicles with SCR system: with reducing agent tank filler neck, refer to Fig 2
14. Heat Shield
    • For the fuel tank
15. Lock Washer
    • 2 Nm
    • For heat shield
16. Carrier Plate
17. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
18. Heat Shield
    • For the fuel tank
19. Lock Washer
    • 2 Nm
    • For heat shield
20. Expanding Clip
    • For the mounting strap

-- Tighten the reducing agent filler tube bolts -2- to 2.5 Nm

-- Route the ground connection as illustrated.

-- Make sure the following connectors are secure:

• Connector -2- for the Ground (GND) connection on the threaded ring -1- of the fuel filler tube.
• GND connector -6- on the fuel filler tube cover.

-- Attach the GND connection contact -4- to the hole in the fuel tank -3- and then install the spacer -5-.
