Procedure

-- Follow all safety precautions, refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .

-- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Open the fuel filler door.

-- Clean the area around the fuel filler tube.

-- Remove the fuel filler cap -arrow-.

-- Press back the lower release tab -1- with a screwdriver -2- -arrow A-.

-- Insert the clamping bracket -3- into the opening in the filler tube -arrow B- and then press on it until it clicks into place.

-- Press back the upper release tab -2- with a screwdriver -1- -arrow A-.

-- Insert the clamping bracket -3- into the opening in the filler tube -arrow B- and then press on it until it clicks into place.
