Overview - Radiator/Coolant Fan

Coolant Cooler and Condenser
- Clip
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
- Removing and installing, refer to Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Air Guide
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connecting, refer to Fig 2
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Radiator
- Removing and installing, refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- After replacing, replace all the coolant.
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connecting, refer to Fig 2
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Coolant Line
- To the coolant reservoir
- To remove, press the release ring
- Connecting, refer to Fig 2
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Rubber Bushing
- For the radiator
- Retaining Pin
- Disengage and remove using screwdriver
- Air Guide
- Condenser
- Removing and installing, refer to CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- O-Ring
- Replace
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
- O-Ring
- Replace
-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.

- Coolant Fan Control Module
- Coolant Fan Control Module -J293- with Coolant Fan Control Module 2 -J671-
- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN CONTROL MODULE -J293- / COOLANT FAN CONTROL MODULE 2 -J671-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT FAN -V7- /COOLANT FAN 2 -V177-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VERSION 1 .
- Fan Shroud
