Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Drain the coolant, refer to DRAINING .

-- Remove the intake manifold, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the turbocharger, refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER .

-- Loosen hose clamp -1- and lift the clamp -2- to remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the upper coolant pipe from the cylinder head.
