Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Quickly open the coolant reservoir cap -arrow- and release any remaining pressure in the cooling system and then close it again.

-- Remove the front engine cover, refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1- on the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - G62-.

NOTE: Use a cloth to catch any leaking coolant.

-- Remove the retaining clip -2- and the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-.

NOTE: Ignore -arrow-.
