Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE: Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Install the high pressure line, refer to HIGH PRESSURE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the lower intake manifold section, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD LOWER SECTION WITH FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE: Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill the coolant, refer to Filling .
