Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

CAUTION:

There is a risk of contamination.

Follow the guidelines for cleanliness when working on the fuel supply system, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

NOTE:

Replace the seal.

Clean the sealing surfaces thoroughly.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of malfunctions.

The sealing ring must not be twisted on itself.
Do not bend the heating mats when installing them.

-- Bring the heating reservoir into the installation position:

The latch -2- on the locking flange must lie between tabs -1 and 3-.
The installation direction of the latch -2- is shown in the illustration.

-- Lock the locking ring -1- clockwise using the Wrench - SCR Tank T40268.

The locking rink is correctly locked, when the retaining tabs on the locking ring and mounts are aligned -arrows, A, and B-.
