Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2/4 -G648- / -G649-, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Two Turbochargers: Removing

When working on the whole exhaust system:

NOTE:

The removal of the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 for Bank 2 -G649- is shown.

When removing the wire do not cut it, in this case a fault diagnosis will no longer be possible.

-- Loosen the center underbody cover to the exhaust system and push slightly downward, refer to UNDERBODY PANELS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the connector -1- from the bracket and disconnect it.
