Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101-, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

Ignore item -1-.

-- Remove the front left wheel, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES .

-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner, refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter -2- from the mount in direction of -arrow-.

Audi RS6/RS7:

NOTE:

Use a cloth to catch any leaking coolant.

-- Remove the nut -3- and free up the coolant hose.

-- Clamp off the coolant hose -1- with the Hose Clamp - Up To 25 mm 3094.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-, then clamp off the coolant hose with the Hose Clamp - Up To 25mm 3094 and remove.

Continuation for All Vehicles:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the connector -3- from the bracket and disconnect it.

-- Press the release buttons and remove the secondary air hoses.

NOTE:

Ignore item -1-.

-- Press the release buttons -3- to remove the resonator with the air filter.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and the nut -2- and then press the Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101- and the mount slightly to the side.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and the secondary air pump.
