Clean and Coat the Glass Panel Seal

-- Install the glass sunroof panel.

-- Remove grease and dirt residue on the glass sunroof seal -arrow- using cleaning solution D 009 401 04 and a lint-free cloth.

-- Coat the glass panel seal -arrow- as far as possible with a >>thin<< layer of G 052 141 A2 using a commercially available paint brush.

-- Open the sunroof panel completely.

-- Clean the front glass panel seal using cleaning solution D 009 401 04 and a lint-free cloth.

-- Lubricate the glass panel seal with a >>thin<< layer of Krytox G 052 141 A2 using a fine-pored sponge.

-- Wipe away any excess Krytox paste from the seal with a lint-free cloth.

NOTE: After applying, make sure that make sure that no rough deposits of lubricant are visible.
