Brake System, Sealing Boots, Checking For Leaks And Damage

-- Check the entire length of brake hoses and cables. While doing this, pay attention to the following:
- Check brake hoses for porosity, bubbles and cracks.
- Check brake hoses and lines for chafing.
- Check brake line connections and mounts for proper seating, leakages and corrosion.
- Brake hoses must not touch other vehicle components or be allowed to become twisted when at maximum steering angle.
-- Check the following components for leaks and damage:
- Brake master cylinder
- Clutch slave cylinder (on manual transmissions only)
- Brake Booster
- ABS Hydraulic unit
- Brake calipers
