General Information
- The reducing agent can irritate your skin, eyes and lungs.
- If you come into contact with this fluid, wash off with water immediately and see a doctor.
Do not allow reducing agent to come into contact with clothing or the vehicle.
Rinse if necessary with clear water and dry with a lint-free cotton cloth.
If the reducing agent has already formed crystals, use warm water and a sponge.
If the reducing agent has crystallized and remains on a vehicle body part for a while, it will damage the surface.
Dispose of any remaining AdBlue®. Do not reuse it.
Follow all disposal regulations.
The following applies to diesel vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).
The reducing agent is not a diesel additive and must not be poured in the fuel tank.
The reducing agent is used in diesel-powered vehicles to treat exhaust gas by reducing the nitrogen oxides.
The use of this reducing agent is legally required in vehicles with SCR.
AdBlue® is a registered trademark of the Automobile Manufacturers Association (VDA).
Do not mix any additives with the reducing agent and do not dilute it with water.
Only use reducing agent, which is still in its original container. Check the expiration date on the container.
