Overview - Radiator/Coolant Fan, AUDI S6/S7

  1. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting, refer to Fig 2
  2. O-Ring
    • Replacing
  3. Coolant Hose
    • To the coolant reservoir
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting, refer to Fig 2
  4. O-Ring
    • Replacing
  5. O-Ring
    • Replacing
  6. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting, refer to Fig 2
  7. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting, refer to Fig 2
  8. O-Ring
    • Replacing
  9. Radiator
  10. Rubber Buffer
  11. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using screwdriver
  12. Bracket
  13. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  14. Coolant Hoses
  15. Bolt
    • 7 Nm
  16. Condenser
  17. Radiator for the Charged Air Coolant Circuit

    • For the radiator

    • 5 Nm

    • 4.5 Nm

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
