Charge Air Cooling Circuit Cooler, Removing And Installing, AUDI RS6/RS7: Removing

Audi RS7: 

-- Remove the front bumper cover, refer to FRONT BUMPER .

Continuation for All Vehicles: 

-- Open the retaining tabs in direction of -arrows-, remove the air duct -1- from the front.

-- Free up the coolant line -arrow-.

-- Remove the screws -2- and nuts -3- and remove the air duct -1-.

-- Remove the condenser, refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .

-- Place the Shop Crane - Drip Tray VAS 6208 underneath.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2 and 3-, then clamp off the coolant hoses with the Hose Clamp - Up To 25 mm 3094 and remove them.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-, remove the charge air cooling circuit cooler -1- from the left.
