- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste .
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2.

- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING . RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:
Replace the stud bolts and the nuts.
-- Tighten the bolts and nuts in seven steps in the sequence shown:
