Left Upper Timing Chain Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to BULKHEAD . .

-- Remove the left cylinder head cover.

-- Remove the particulate filter. Refer to PARTICULATE FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH FWD .

-- If installed: Remove the bolts -2- and then remove the heat shield.
