1. EGR Pipe
   • To cooler for exhaust gas recirculation
   • If the screw-type clamps were loosened, then the EGR pipe and the screw-type clamp must always be replaced
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to EGR Pipe At The Turbocharger Tightening Specifications And Sequence .
2. Seal
   • Always replace

   • 25 Nm
     NOTE:

     When loosening the threaded connection counter-hold at the adaptor guard, during assembly check that the adaptor guard is secure.

    • Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH TWO TURBOCHARGERS .
    • Do not separate.

Installed Position Bypass Valve And Clamp

• Bypass valve -3- and clamp -2- must be aligned on the edge -1- of the turbocharger assembly.
• Clamp fitting tolerance ± 10°.
