Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Two Turbochargers: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Install the radiator OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .

-- Install the lock carrier cover and the bumper cover end plate. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill the coolant COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING - Check The Coolant Level. .
