Oil Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
NOTE:
Replace the seals and the O-ring.
Replace any bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Install the seal -1- for the oil pump.
- The seal is installed on the connection -arrow A- next to the spur gears.
- The second connection -arrow B- does not contain a seal.
-- Install the oil pan lower section. Refer to OIL PAN LOWER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the coolant pump. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the spur gear unit. Refer to SPUR GEAR DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fill with engine oil and check the oil level. Refer to ENGINE OIL LEVEL, FILLING AND CHECKING and ENGINE OIL, FILLING .
NOTE:
Do not reuse used coolant.
-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
