Right Engine Oil Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

Audi RS7 

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Continuation For All Vehicles

-- Open the retaining tabs in direction of -arrows-, remove the air duct -1- from the front.

-- Remove the nut -arrow- and free up the coolant line -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -3-.

-- Remove the right auxiliary cooler -1- with the coolant hoses still attached -arrows- and tie them up front.

NOTE:

Ignore items -2 and 4-.

-- Place the :SMN372500  underneath.

-- Remove the nut -1- and the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove and free up the oil lines from the engine oil cooler.

-- Seal the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the :VAS6122  .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-, and remove the engine oil cooler with bracket -1-.

-- To replace the engine oil cooler remove the bolts -arrows-, and remove the brackets -1 and 2-.
