- ATF Drain Plug
- Tightening specification -item 1- OVERVIEW - DRAIN AND CHECK PLUGS => List Item:ATF Drain Plug .
- Seal
- Always replace
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- Clip
- For attaching the gasket to the ATF oil pan
- Not required for installation
- Magnet
- Quantity: 2
- Insert into the depression in the ATF oil pan
- Make sure the entire surface contacts oil pan
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- S tronic Transmission Mechatronic -J743-
- Refer to MECHATRONIC, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- After replacing the S tronic Transmission Mechatronic -J743-, the corresponding "Guided Functions" must be performed with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to TRANSMISSION GUIDED FUNCTIONS .
- Disconnecting the S tronic Transmission Mechatronic -J743- circuit board. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- Refer to MECHATRONIC, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Retaining Plate
- For the ATF oil pipes
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- O-rings
- Always replace together with the ATF pipe (-item 11- OVERVIEW - MECHATRONIC => List Item:ATF Pipes)
- Coat with ATF before installing

- For the Replaceable ATF Filter Housing
- Always replace after removing
- Removing and installing. Refer to ATF FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Different versions depending on the date of manufacture, pat attention to the correct allocation.
- ATF Fill and Check Plug
- Tightening specification -item 4- OVERVIEW - DRAIN AND CHECK PLUGS => List Item:ATF Fill and Check Plug .

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- Connector Housing
-- Remove the screw -item 17- and turn the connection housing counter-clockwise.

- ATF Pipes

- Removing and Installing. Refer to MECHATRONIC , or Mechatronic .
- Seal

- Installing. Refer to Installing - (OIL PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING).
- ATF Pan
Bolts, Tightening Specification and Sequence
Tighten the bolts in two stages as described.
- Install the bolts -arrows- hand-tight.
- Tighten the screws -1 through 15- diagonally to 10 Nm and in steps.
