Overview - Exhaust Manifold, Vehicles With Two Turbochargers

NOTE:

Nut
- Replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- 25 Nm
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and installing:
  - left LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
  - Right RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Seal
- Replace
Seal
- Replace
Clamp
- Installed position:
  - Left-side exhaust manifold, refer to 5, illustration.
  - Right-side exhaust manifold, refer to 5, illustration.
- 8 Nm

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste.

-- Tighten the nuts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:

Step	Nuts	Tightening specification
1.	-1 to 9-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 9-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 9-	25 Nm
