Catalytic Converter, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Two Turbochargers: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and self-locking nuts.

-- Install the heated oxygen sensor. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH TWO TURBOCHARGERS .

-- Install the NOx Sensor 2 -G687-. Refer to NOx Sensor 2 -G687-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER WITH SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION SYSTEM VERSION 1 .

-- Secure the wire to the Catalytic Converter Heater 1 - Z119- /Catalytic Converter Heater 2 -Z120- OVERVIEW - HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR, VEHICLES WITH TWO TURBOCHARGERS WITH SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION SYSTEM => List Item: Nut .

-- Install the steering intermediate shaft. Refer to STEERING COLUMN .

-- Install the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
