Upper Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the air guides with the screw-type clamps. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

-- Install the wires. Refer to RELAY CARRIERS, FUSE PANELS AND E-BOXES , and refer to the appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM.

-- Install the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to BULKHEAD . .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to FILLING .
